Pricing & Policies

At Southern Charm Cattery, our pricing reflects the quality, care, and dedication that goes into raising each kitten. We focus on producing healthy, well-socialized kittens with exceptional temperaments for loving pet homes.

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on breed, color, and gender.

• Siamese: $375 – $475 (Color Options – Seal Point, Blue Point, Lynx Point, Flame Point, Bicolor)
• Ragdoll: $500 – $650 (Color Options – Seal Point, Blue Point, Lynx Point, Flame Point, Bicolor)
• Persian / Exotic Shorthair: $700 – $1,200 (Color Options – Tabby, Orange, Calico, Tortoiseshell, Orange & White)

• Sphynx (coming soon): $700 – $1,200 (Color Options – White, Cream, Blue, Black, Bicolor, Pointed. Eye Color – Green, Blue)

Please note that individual kitten pricing may vary within these ranges.

Pet Homes Only

All kittens are placed as pets only.
We do not offer registration or breeding rights under any circumstances.

Spay/Neuter Agreement

All kittens are sold with a strict spay/neuter contract. This helps ensure the health of the kitten and supports responsible pet ownership.

What Comes With Your Kitten

Each kitten goes home with:

• Veterinary medical records
• First set of age-appropriate vaccinations
• Routine deworming every 2 weeks starting at 2 weeks of age
• A written health guarantee
• A signed spay/neuter agreement
• A breed-specific information kitten packet including:

– Recommended food

– Grooming needs

– General breed information
